Defective and Damaged Items
In case of a defective, damaged or incorrect item received, do not hesitate to contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org. You must return the item fallen into any of the mentioned categories within 14 days of receiving it. Our team is ready to help you solve any problems occurred. Annoh & Osafo proved a period of two (2) year from the purchase date for watch movement warranty. The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing error as well as mechanical errors.
Replacement and Refund
For any acceptable reason you apply for a replacement, the guarantee to receive the same watch may not be possible in case the particular model is out of stock. However, you will be provided with the option of choosing a different model for the same value. If you find this option dissatisfying, you will be provided the alternative option, which is the refund.
In case you are unhappy with any of the products you purchased directly from our website, you have the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) days for a refund or exchange.
Please note that all items returned to us must:
be in its original packaging
have its labels and protective stickers on.
be in its original condition.
If you find any of the conditions mentioned above applying against your current situation (i.e. labels/protector removed by you), Annoh & Osafo will not accept the returned item. Therefore, we strongly advise you to inspect your item right after its arrival to avoid any inconvenience.
In the case of a mechanical, or any other error caused by the manufacturer, Annoh & Osafo will offer an opportunity for a repair or replacement.
All items returned to us will go under an in-house inspection to ensure that your request for a refund or exchange is valid. Please note that an inspection process may take up to 2-3 days.
If you decide to return an item to us, we strongly advise you to use a tracked shipping service as unfortunately Annoh & Osafo cannot take responsibility for any item lost during a shipping process.
Please download and print out our Return Form from here, or alternatively attach a handwritten form to the package including the order number and the reason(s) ofreturn.
At this point, you will need to cover the return costs, but soon it will change by offering free returns to every precious customer.

Delivery and Customs
Once your item is handed to the courier, it is your responsibility for making the necessary arrangements in order to receive the package without the involvement of any inconveniences. You are given the option to provide any relevant information in your shopping cart under the “Add note to seller” button. Moreover, Annoh & Osafo are not responsible for your collection or rearrangement from the post office in case of any missed handover. For this reason, we advise a check back before you proceed your order to make sure the address you provided is accurate.
